Stuggles

I think that i have had some struggles at my internship but is not with the people there is mostly personal stuff. I think that by me bringing personal thing into what i am doing at my internship makes it so hard to actually concentrate in my work. I also think that one of my problems is that im used to doing stuff slow and by parts and i think that I should be working at a faster passe.Another struggle that im having is that my students play around to much and i dont really like that and they just stop and I get frustuated. My other mayor stuggle is that i spend a lot of time with one of my friend and I think that might make problems in between us. I think that what im going to do is try to talk to my mentor on how the kids would stop playing around and also work on a time that the students have to go balk to there class. Another thing that im going to talk to my mentor about is how I can help the students get there grade up like my me staying after school and work on missing work. I really want my students to be succesful on there school stuff. One of the things that im also going to do is talk to my friend on what we can do to not mix internship work with our friendship. Another thing that probably for me is going to be hard is not mix my personal stuff with my work and is going to be hard but I know I can do it.
